Experienced MIG & Flux Core Welders Needed – Fitter/Welder
Mancan Staffing is partnering with a Donora-based fabrication shop to hire skilled Fitter/Welders for manufacturing heavy-duty furnace components used in coal plant operations.
📍 **Location:** Donora, PA
📅 **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
💲 **Pay:** Starting at $18.00/hr. (with potential increases based on experience and weld test performance)
Full-time, long-term opportunity
Hands-on work with heavy steel components

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform **MIG and Flux Core welding** on heavy steel structures
* Accurately **fit and assemble** steel components using blueprints or layout drawings
* Operate welding and fitting tools and equipment efficiently
* Ensure quality control of welds and structural integrity
Requirements:
* Proven experience with **MIG and Flux Core welding** on **heavy steel**
* Solid **fitting experience** and ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Must pass a **pre-employment weld test**
* Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
