Ground Maintenance Landscaper

Mancan Staffing has partnered with a full-service tree company in Eastlake that needs ground crew candidates on first shift! Starting pay for this position is $15/hr and may go up based on attendance and performance.
Candidates will be expected to work Monday through Friday from 7am until the work is done. Generally, candidates will be on or around 40-hour work weeks but may sometimes be working overtime as needed.
General duties of this position include:
Raking
Leaf Blowing
Laying wooden mats
Loading material
Unloading material
Bagging
mulching
edging
Candidates will convene at shop early in the morning and ride to residential or commercial properties together. No ride share accepted.
Candidates will need to wear long pants, steel toed work boots (preferred but not required), regular work boots (required), recommended orange or yellow safety shirts, and will be responsible for bringing their own gloves.
