1st shift Continuous Improvement Lead, $17 - $25 in Alliance.
A Continuous Improvement Lead is highly competent as a process manager and uses a variety of skills such as project design, facilitation, leadership, and management in order to ensure results. The person in this position is responsible for using Lean Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. This role is involved in planning, scheduling, implementing and managing continuous improvement activities on the production floor of a manufacturing facility and ensuring their success across all shifts.
Primary responsibilities of a Continuous Improvement Lead:
Planning, facilitating, executing, and managing continuous improvement projects and be accountable to their associated results.
Teaching, leading, and coaching cross-functional teams on established processes and new processes.
Be in the constant pursuit of perfection.
Having candid conversations with team members about doing all things by the approved process and then holding us all accountable. Must have thick skin but also be able to effectively listen/relate simultaneously.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction.
Paid training is provided. No prior tire manufacturing experience is required. This position is in a non-temperature-controlled environment. (hot in the summer)

• 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri (flexibility is required to drive improvement projects across multiple shifts)
