Robotic Area Re-Packer / Forklift Operator 1st shift - Salem $14
Fast-paced metal stamping plant seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team. This position involves repacking finished products as well as operating a forklift to support production and logistics.
Job Responsibilities:
Repack stamped metal products from robotic cells according to specifications.
Operate a forklift to move materials and products safely throughout the facility.
Perform frequent lifting, bending, and twisting
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and plant procedure.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:
Previous forklift experience required
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Valid driver’s license required.
Clean driving record: 0–2 points and no DUIs in the last 7 years
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Dependable with good attendance history
Physical Requirements.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Frequent standing, bending, and twisting throughout the shift
Able to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and temperature variation
Must have steel toed boots.
