Location: Marietta, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: Approximately 90 days
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual for a temporary position within the Loan Operations Department – Title Division. This role will support the team by ensuring mortgage documents are properly filed, organized, and matched with corresponding titles and folders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Match mortgage documents and titles to the correct loan files
• File documents accurately in the vault
• Organize and maintain file integrity
• Call customers to update mailing addresses for undeliverable mail
• Perform general clerical tasks including folder matching and filing
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all record-keeping tasks
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with data entry
• Clear and professional phone communication
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
