Mancan has partnered with a growing company in Rittman, and we're looking for mechanically inclined candidates to join their team as Extrusion Technicians!
🔧 Are you hands-on? Enjoy working with machines? This could be the perfect job for you!
💲 Pay Rates:
1st Shift (6am – 3pm): $15.50/hr
2nd Shift (2pm – 10pm): $16.00/hr
3rd Shift (10pm – 8am): $16.50/hr
✅ All training is done on 1st shift. Once training is completed, you'll transfer to your designated shift.

🔍 Job Overview:
As an Extrusion Technician, you’ll operate and maintain extrusion machinery to produce high-quality plastic products. Your mechanical skills will be key in keeping the process running smoothly—from equipment setup to troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Operate extrusion machines: Set machine parameters, monitor temperature controls, and manage material feeds.
Perform quality checks: Inspect products and adjust settings to maintain company and industry standards.
Handle raw materials: Load and switch out materials during production.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications in manufacturing or extrusion technology are advantageous.
- Proven experience as an Extrusion Technician or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machine issues effectively.
- Knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise specifications.
- Physical stamina to handle standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks in a production environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
