Mancan Staffing has partnered with a Charleston, WV nonprofit organization in need of an accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an organization dedicated to making a positive impact on the community. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team.
Responsibilities:
As Staff Accountant in our Charleston office, you will be part of a four-member accounting team working to support a statewide nonprofit through the maintenance and processing of accounts payable, preparation of 1099s, and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business and a minimum of 1 year of accounting experience. Qualified candidates that are computer efficient and have a knowledge of fund accounting are preferred. Qualified candidates will be well-organized, detailed-oriented, and can work independently. Qualified candidates with experience working in an organization with multiple offices, a high level of energy, and are comfortable performing multifaceted projects are preferred.
Pay is based on experience.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
