Mancan in partnership with a Weirton company is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist. Candidates with previous Receptionist experience is required. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Pay rate is $16/hr. This position is a temp to permanent assignment with Part- time hours, 20hrs a week but has the potential to become a full-time role. Please submit resume for consideration.
Your responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Make deposits
- Support to accounting department in processing data and documents
- Make travel arrangements
- Plan and manage Company events
- Taking care of supplies orders
Requirements:
- Word and Excel proficiency
- Good communication skills
