Quality Control Assistant

Mancan is working with a company in Berlin seeking a quality control assistant. Hours are midnight-8am, Monday-Friday. Pay is $16-17 per hour. This role involves inspecting materials and finished products, documenting findings, assisting with testing procedures, and maintaining QC records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods
* Record and report inspection results and non-conformities to the QC Supervisor
* Support in the preparation of quality documentation, such as inspection logs and compliance records
* Help implement corrective actions and follow-up procedures
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies
* Communicate effectively with production staff and other departments regarding quality issues
* Assist with internal audits and regulatory compliance activities as needed
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment preferred
* Knowledge of quality assurance standards is an asset
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry software)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
