Job Title: Millwright / Skilled Laborer
Pay Rate: $20–$28 per hour (based on experience and knowledge)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dependable Millwrights and Skilled Laborers to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, be detail-oriented, and capable of working in a physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, dismantle, and move machinery and equipment
Align and adjust machines for proper operation
Use hand and power tools to assemble and position equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions
Perform basic welding, cutting, or fabrication as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with machinery and equipment installation
Ability to operate hand tools, hoists, and heavy equipment
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
Reliable transportation and strong work et
OSHA training or safety certifications a plus
