Pay: $16.00/hr for General Laborers | $20.00 if candidate possess a CDL A/B license | Direct Hire
Per Diem & Travel:
• $50.00/day provided for meals and personal expenses during out-of-state assignments
• Hotel accommodations fully covered by the company
• If you possess a CDL A/B license, you are eligible to start at $20.00/hr
Hours: Monday – Friday | 50+ Hours/Week (Job Site Dependent and start time varies)
Job Summary:
A drilling company partnered with Mancan Staffing is seeking a General Laborer for a direct hire opportunity. This role is perfect for someone mechanically inclined, comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, and willing to travel out of state for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Drilling Manager and crew with daily operations
• Prepare grout mixtures and well materials
• Set up and manage core boxes for drilling samples
• Haul water and mix cement as needed
• Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform general labor and equipment maintenance
• Ensure job site cleanliness and compliance with safety standards
Requirements:
• Must be able to travel out of state for extended assignments
• Willing to work long hours in various weather conditions
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Forklift experience required
• Heavy equipment experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot on-site
• Dependable with strong work ethic and attendance
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
