We are currently working with a company in Wooster that is in need of a dedicated Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within their premises. This is a temporary to hire opportunity. The position offers flexible working hours, making it an ideal fit for those seeking part-time work.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to cleaning offices, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep and mop floors to maintain a tidy and presentable environment.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Complete any other cleaning-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Physical Capability: The candidate must be physically capable of lifting objects and performing cleaning tasks that may require some level of physical effort.
• Ability to Work in a Hot Environment: The job may involve working in a warm environment, and the candidate should be comfortable with such conditions.
• Physical Stamina: The role may require bending, standing, kneeling, and walking throughout the shift, and the candidate should be able to handle these physical demands.
• Team Player: The candidate should be adaptable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a cleaning team.
• Walking Requirement: The job involves considerable walking, and the candidate should be comfortable with extended periods of walking during the shift.
Work Schedule:
• Part-Time: Monday to Friday
• Start Time: Anywhere between 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
• End Time: Anywhere between 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Hourly Pay: $14.00 per hour, compensation provided for overtime when needed.
Additional Requirements:
• Drug Test: The candidate must be able to pass a drug test as part of the employment screening process.
• Local Background Check: A local background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
