Barberton Mancan is seeking experienced Brazers to join an exceptional metal fabrication company in Barberton.

$17/hr.
This is a full time, temp to hire position
Your responsibilities will include:
• Operate or tend soldering and brazing machines that braze, solder, or spot weld fabricated metal products or components as specified by work orders, blueprints, and layout specifications.
• Assist on the assembly lines and support areas as needed
• Be trained and perform on all projects
• Continuously stand or walk
• Ensure the product is handled in a safe and quality focused manner
• Safely use precision hand and portable power tools and machine shop equipment
• Work as part of an assembly line team or on individual production jobs from start to finish.
Minimum requirements:

• Great vision
• Skilled in tape measuring and print reading
• Must be at least 18 years old or older
Education and Experience:
• 3 year of experience - silver brazer
• Must have High School Diploma/GED
Physical Requirements:
• Must have enough manual dexterity and stability as required for precision work.
• Must be able to see details at close range.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse facilities and machinery by climbing, balancing, lifting, walking, stooping, and carrying materials.
Must pass a pre employment background check and drug screen.
