🕒 Shift: Monday–Friday | 300 PM – 11:00 PM
Mancan Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a leading sheet metal fabrication company in Washington, PA. This position involves operating pemming machines to assist in the production of high-quality metal components.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate pemming machines to fasten and form metal parts
Read and follow work instructions and blueprints
Inspect parts for quality and consistency
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
Previous machine operating experience preferred
Ability to work with sheet metal or in a fabrication environment is a plus
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
