Position Requirements & Responsibilities
Must thrive in a high-speed work environment and demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination. Strong communication skills are essential to support the packaging workflow while adhering to Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to stand and/or walk for 8–10 hours per shift, including two 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute meal break
Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 65 lbs.
Safety-focused mindset
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Forklift experience is a plus
Willingness to assist in other areas as needed
Material Handler Responsibilities:
Distribute materials to the production floor using FIFO (First In, First Out) method
Fold and tape boxes as needed
Communicate material lot changes effectively
Maintain accurate traceability logs
Collaborate closely with the Production Manager, Packaging Coordinator, Warehouse staff, and Front Office
Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
