Forklift Operator

Massillon Mancan is assisting a Navarre Pallet company in their search for a forklift operator. This is a 1st shift position working from 7:30am-4pm. This role involves operating a forklift to move, stack, and organize pallets and materials, while also assisting with various hands-on tasks throughout the shop.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport pallets and other materials throughout the facility
• Assist with pallet sorting, stacking, and basic repairs as needed
• Perform general shop clean-up and organization tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work as part of a team to maintain a clean and efficient work environment
• Assist in other departments or with additional tasks as directed by management
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with 2 points or less
• Proven forklift experience (certification preferred but not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to assist in other general labor tasks beyond forklift operation
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting
