We’re currently looking for a **Buyer** to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a key part in making sure our production teams have the right materials at the right time—all while building strong relationships with suppliers and internal team members. You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, and scheduling to help quote, plan, and deliver high-quality products to our customers.
### **What You'll Be Doing:**
* Purchasing quality materials and supplies from a variety of trusted vendors.
* Working with suppliers to get the best price, quality, and delivery timelines.
* Coordinating shipments and expediting orders to meet customer needs.
* Using ERP and MRP systems to place and track orders.
* Supporting quoting efforts by helping provide accurate material pricing and timelines.
* Handling returns, replacements, and issues with defective or incorrect materials.
* Researching and identifying sources for hard-to-find or obsolete components.
* Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth, efficient order execution.
### **What We’re Looking For:**
* A great communicator and team player who can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
* Someone who’s organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* 2+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing preferred.
* Familiarity with MRP, ERP, and EDI systems a plus.
* An associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field is preferred but not required—equivalent experience is welcomed!
Position Details:
Pay: $18–$22/hr BOE (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
(We’re also open to flexible hours depending on your needs!)
Work Environment: Primarily in-office, with work-from-home flexibility available when appropriate.
