Industrial Electrical Technician

Mancan Staffing is excited to be partnering with a respected electrical systems provider in Washington, PA, to find a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join their growing team.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering $25–$30/hr. (based on experience), steady 40-hour weeks, and the opportunity to continuously expand your expertise with regular in-house and vendor-sponsored training. Travel to customer sites is required, including being out of town approximately twice a month for 1–2 weeks at a time.

Position Highlights:
Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on power systems
Install and troubleshoot stationary battery systems, UPS units, and telecom power systems
Assemble, wire, and test equipment on-site
Use multimeters and other tools to measure voltage, current, resistance, and specific gravity
Complete accurate and detailed field service reports

Requirements:
Graduate of a technical/trade school in Electrical or related field
3+ years of hands-on electrical/power systems experience
Strong knowledge of electrical theory and circuit analysis
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and work in a variety of field environments
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
