⚡ Field Technician – Electrical Systems
📍 Location: Washington, PA
💲 Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hour (based on experience)
🕒 Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week
🔧 Job Overview:
As a Field Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting critical electrical infrastructure. Working both independently and alongside a team of experts, you’ll provide on-site preventive maintenance, installations, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of power systems, including:
Stationary battery systems
Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS)
Telecom power systems
You’ll have the opportunity to continuously grow your skills with regular in-house and vendor-sponsored training.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic assessments, preventive maintenance, and repairs
Install and troubleshoot battery systems, UPS units, and telecom power equipment
Assemble, wire, and test systems on-site
Utilize multimeters and other testing equipment to measure voltage, current, resistance, and specific gravity
Complete thorough and accurate field service reports
📋 Requirements:
Graduate of a technical/trade school in Electrical or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical systems or power systems
Solid understanding of electrical theory and circuit analysis
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and work in various field environments
Self-starter with strong troubleshooting and communication skills
