**Pay:** \$17–\$19 per hour, **based on experience (BOE)**
### **Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative **Graphic Designer** to join our team. This is not a remote position. This role is responsible for preparing and processing digital files for print production, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and alignment with production specifications. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, has a strong understanding of color management and print workflows, and excels in both creative concept development and technical execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality visual materials across both print and digital platforms.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare digital files for print production, ensuring compliance with layout, bleed, file format, and resolution requirements.
* Review and edit incoming artwork for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to production specs.
* Collaborate with project managers, designers, customers, and the production team to clarify requirements and resolve any design or file-related issues.
* Design marketing and branding materials such as:
* Logos and identity packages
* Brochures, flyers, posters, and signage
* Advertisements and promotional content
* Website graphics, landing pages, and email marketing visuals
* Custom illustrations and icons as needed
* Develop layouts for both print and digital formats with proper attention to typography, color, and visual balance.
* Maintain organized archives of digital files for efficient retrieval and future use.
* Stay current on evolving design trends, printing technologies, and industry best practices.
### **Qualifications**
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and other relevant design tools.
* Strong understanding of color theory, file formats, and print production standards.
* Creative problem-solving ability with a keen eye for design detail and layout consistency.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with flexibility.
