A Salem-based manufacturing company is seeking dependable and detail-oriented candidates to join their Quality Control Department. The company specializes in the fabrication and development of custom parts tailored to meet each customer’s unique needs.
🔍 Responsibilities:
• Perform inspection of parts and components to ensure quality standards are met
Perform light machine operation
• Use measuring tools and visual inspection to detect imperfections or defects
• Document findings accurately and follow quality control procedures
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
✅ Requirements:
• Previous experience in quality control or quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a busy environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work
