🎓 Welding Certificate Required.
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:
As a Welder, you'll play a critical role in the production process, using your welding expertise to create top-quality products. Your daily tasks will include:🔥 Working with basic welding processes like SMAW, SAW, FCAW, and GTAW.✅ Performing full pin welds (CJP) with multiple passes.📡 Passing UT (ultrasound) testing.⚙️ Setting up, operating, and maintaining welding equipment.🔌 Identifying the correct electrodes or welding wire for each job.🔩 Performing fillet and groove welds on plates in various positions.🔧 Welding pipes in both vertical and horizontal positions.✂️ Using carbon arc-air method for cutting and gouging.
🔑 Requirements:
📜 Knowledge of welding codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API).📐 Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications.
💪 Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
📜 Shift Details:
🕕 Monday-Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay Rate $17.50
