Mancan Staffing is seeking a Powder Coater / General Laborer for a reputable manufacturing facility in Washington, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare parts for coating by securely hanging metal components
Perform general assembly and product inspection
Assist with various duties throughout the production floor
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the coating and assembly process
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to reach, lift, and hang heavy metal parts at awkward angles
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
