🔧 Stamping Press Operator in Wooster!
Shifts Available:
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend Day Shift
Pay Range: $21.00 – $24.00/hr (based on qualifications)
Job Summary:
As a Stamping Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating mechanical or hydraulic stamping presses to produce metal parts to specification. You'll perform machine setups, monitor part quality, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate stamping press machines safely and efficiently
• Perform routine checks and adjustments on press equipment
• Load/unload materials and finished parts
• Inspect parts for defects using measuring tools
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or stamping environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production specs
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
