🔧 Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Wooster, OH
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $31.15/hour
Mancan has partnered with a reputable manufacturing company in Wooster to fill a key Maintenance Mechanic position. This role is essential for maintaining, repairing, and improving mechanical and electromechanical equipment used in production, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
✅ Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Journeyman Certification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical components
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing preventative maintenance schedules
• Perform mechanical repairs, adjustments, and replacements on machinery and equipment
• Set up and prepare machines for production runs, including mechanical calibrations
• Collaborate with engineers and electricians on equipment installations and upgrades
• Keep detailed records of work performed and contribute to technical documentation
• Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment
