Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a dishwasher.
Cleaning and Sanitizing
Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
Ensure all items are properly sanitized according to health and safety standards.
Maintaining Clean Work Areas
Keep dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately.
Supporting Kitchen Staff
Assist with basic food prep or restocking supplies as needed.
Ensure clean dishes are readily available for chefs and servers.
Monitoring Equipment
Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs of dishwashing equipment.
Follow proper procedures for operating and maintaining dishwashing machines.
Adhering to Safety Standards
Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Wear appropriate protective gear and follow safety protocols.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
Part-time position with varied days and hours.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Reliability, dependability, and good work ethic
• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety and security procedures
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and with others.
• Strong time management, organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to take direction and constructive feedback from both peers and management.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and with high intensity while standing for an extended period of time
