What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a skilled production crew
Oversee daily fabrication operations & meet production goals
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor
Collaborate with other departments to solve challenges
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of supervisory experience in fabrication/manufacturing
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes & blueprint reading
Excellent leadership and communication skills
