Palletizing Technician

Massillon Mancan is assisting a Navarre pallet and recycling company in their search for a pallet sorter. This is a 1st shift position. Pay will be $16/hr. Se invita a los candidatos que hablen español a postularse.
Responsibilities:
• Sort incoming and outgoing pallets according to quality and type.
• Inspect pallets for damage, separating those that need repair or disposal.
• Repair broken or damaged pallets using hand and power tools (if applicable).
• Stack pallets in appropriate areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in loading/unloading pallet shipments as needed.
-must have forklift experience
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
Requirements:
• Previous warehouse, labor, or pallet sorting experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions (if outdoors).
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and pallet construction is a plus.
