Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Filler to join a production team. The primary responsibility of this role is to fill and finish liquid paint batches from portable and stationary tanks, with batch sizes ranging from 5 gallons up to 1,000 gallons. Product is packaged into a variety of containers, including 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, and 275-gallon tote tanks.
This is a hands-on, manual process using hoists and gravity-fed systems. Once filling is complete, the Filler is responsible for cleaning tanks, pipes, and mixers using water and/or solvent. Multiple paint batches are filled daily, requiring attention to detail, consistency, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Fill liquid paint batches into designated containers using manual processes.
• Clean tanks, pipes, and mixers after each batch.
• Safely operate hoists and related equipment.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, pulling, climbing ladders, and bending on a regular basis.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support additional duties as needed in shipping, receiving, and production.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines.
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
Qualifications:
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, climbing).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving is a plus but not required.
• Dependability and good attendance are essential.
