### **Position Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Buss & Inductor Fabricator** to join our team. This role is responsible for all fabrication tasks including casting, copper work (brazing, soldering, cutting, bending, punching, and winding), and assembling parts per blueprint specifications. The position also involves testing assembled products to ensure quality standards.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Layout, prepare, and assemble parts, assemblies, and windings based on blueprints and shop procedures.
* Perform operations such as cutting, threading, drilling, brazing, and soldering on a variety of metal and non-metallic materials.
* Conduct air or water pressure checks on sub-assemblies and complete assemblies as needed.
* Use measuring tools to verify accuracy and quality of work.
* Track and document material usage in accordance with the Bill of Materials (BOM).
* Interpret schematics and blueprints effectively.
* Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of assembly areas and components.
* Transport materials using hand trucks, forklifts, and cranes.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

### **Qualifications:**
**Education and Experience:**
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Additional training or coursework in plumbing, welding, or construction is a plus but not required.
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Basic math and reasoning skills.
* Experience using power tools.
* Familiarity with mechanical assembly is preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
### **Work Schedule:**
* 8 or 10-hour shifts
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
