GENERAL LABORERS needed at a Chardon company!
🕒 **2nd Shift**: 3:30 PM - Midnight
📅 **Schedule**: Monday - Friday
💵 **Pay**: $17-$18/hour
We are looking to fill roles in **Deburring/Stamping**, **Assembly**, and **Bending**. While the descriptions below highlight most of the duties, they are not all-inclusive, and additional tasks may be required.
**Deburring/Stamping Duties:**
🔍 Visually inspect parts
🔧 Use buffing wheels to remove burrs and clean parts
🔢 Stamp part numbers onto products
🧹 Clean and maintain work area
➕ Perform other duties as assigned
**Assembly Duties:**
🔩 Assemble metal components as needed
✅ Complete documented inspections of the assembly process
🧹 Clean and maintain work area
➕ Perform other duties as assigned
**Bending Duties:**
🔄 Perform bending process on metal components
✅ Complete documented inspections of the bending process
🧹 Clean and maintain work area
➕ Perform other duties as assigned
### **General Requirements for All Positions:**
💪 Work well independently with minimal supervision
🚀 Strong drive to achieve results
🗣 Good communication skills and collaboration with team members
🏅 Must be quality-oriented
### **Physical Requirements:**
👣 Must be able to stand for the entire shift without extra breaks
🏋️♂️ Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
