Mancan-Statesville is recruiting for a machine operator assistant/maintenance helper.
This is kind of a hybrid position between a machine operator and a maintenance technician’s helper. Looking for a mechanically inclined person willing to get dirty if necessary.
By working with our maintenance technician as a helper they will have the opportunity to learn trade skills such as welding, fabrication, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, basic electrical, etc. Our maintenance technician is very skilled and multi-crafted so he can guide this person to learn these skills that would most definitely be beneficial to them in the future.
