👷♂️ Injection Molding Operator – 1st Shift
📍 Location: Willoughby, OH
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (3-day weekends every week!)
💵 Pay:$15 – \$16 per hour
🔎 General
We are seeking dedicated **Injection Molding Operators** to join our Willoughby facility! You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines, ensuring consistent quality, performing basic troubleshooting, and keeping production running smoothly.
🛠️ Essential Duties & Responsibilities
👀 Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and detect any malfunctions.
📏 Measure and visually inspect parts using precision tools to verify conformance.
🏭 Operate molding machines to produce thermoplastic parts.
🧰 Remove finished products from molds and trim excess material.
🔧 Adjust machine controls (pressure, temperature, cycle times, etc.).
▶️ Perform machine start-up and shut-down procedures.
🎨 Handle color changes and material adjustments.
📦 Load/unload parts and conduct visual inspections.
🚨 Report any machine deficiencies to maintenance.
🧹 Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
✅ Perform other duties as assigned.
🎓 Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of experience operating injection molding machines.
Knowledge of machine functions and troubleshooting.
