Mancan Staffing is seeking a Waterjet Operator for a reputable manufacturing company in Washington, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing.
💼 Job Duties:
Operate and maintain high-pressure waterjet cutting machines
Load/unload materials and finished parts
Interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Perform machine adjustments and basic preventative maintenance
Record production data and communicate shift updates
Follow all safety policies and procedures
✅ Requirements:
CAD programming experience required
Forklift experience preferred
Prior waterjet or machining experience strongly preferred
Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Basic math skills including geometry and algebra
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and handle large metal sheets/plates
Must be available for 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
💲 Pay & Benefits:
Starting at $17/hour+, based on experience
Overtime available
