Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Grinder for an established Oil & Gas supply company in **Charleroi, PA**. This is a **temp-to-permanent** opportunity with excellent long-term growth potential.
Job Details
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts during the temp phase
* Once hired permanently: Regular overtime available, with only occasional weekend work
* Pay: $18/hr. during the temp phase, increases to $20/hr. upon permanent hire
Responsibilities:
* Operate grinders and perform general shop duties
* Follow safety and quality standards
* Assist with production needs as directed
Requirements:
* Reliable transportation is a must
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a team environment
