$13 - $18 BOE Mancan Staffing has jobs in Sebring OH! 1st shift Candidate is responsible for drilling and tapping a blank sheet metal panel in accordance with supplied templates and mounting components onto the panel. This role requires attention to detail and a strong ability to work with various tools in a manufacturing environment.
Duties
• Mark up blank panel for locations to drill and tap using a template.
• Center punch holes with a center punch and hammer.
• Check Bills of Material for correct parts before assembly.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Inspect work before panel is passe on to next phase of the building process.
• Collaborate with quality control, supervisors, and office staff.
Qualifications
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read templates and schematics effectively.
• Proficiency in using tape measure, corded hand drill, screwdriver, and other basic hand tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
