**Job Title: Office Manager/Administrative Assistant**

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join a printing establishment as an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth administrative operations, including customer service, data entry, order management, and office organization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, possess excellent customer service skills, and have experience in payroll, QuickBooks, or accounting. Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is also desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and openness to training and development opportunities are essential qualities for this role.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Service:**
- Answering phones, assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and resolving issues.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.

2. **Data Entry:**
- Accurate and efficient entry of customer and order information into databases.

3. **Order Management:**
- Processing and managing customer orders from inception to completion.

4. **Payroll and Accounting:**
- Experience in payroll, QuickBooks, or accounting tasks.

5. **Willingness to Learn:**
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills and responsibilities as the role evolves.
- Openness to training programs provided by the company.

6. **Conservative Environment:**
- Adhering to the conservative work culture and maintaining professionalism.

7. **Dog-Friendly Workplace:**
- Comfort with and enjoyment of a dog-friendly office environment.

**Hours:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

**Pay:** Based on Experience, $17 - $18 per hour.

**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in quoting and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
