Mancan has partnered with the City of Wooster and is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Temporary Leaf Pick-Up Crew. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of our city during the fall season.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform leaf collection and pick-up duties as part of a crew alongside their permanent staff members using specialized equipment provided by the City. Leaf blowers and rakes will be used in the leaf pick-up process.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of leaf pick-up routes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
**Qualifications:**
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and carrying heavy loads.
- Previous experience in outdoor labor or landscaping is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
