**Assistant Press Operator – Printing Press Helper**
**Shift:** 3rd Shift | Monday – Saturday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
**Location:** Outside of Alliance
** Must be willing to learn** $19.10 an hr

Join our growing team in a modern, well-maintained facility where we value lasting relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers. We are seeking a **mechanically inclined and detail-oriented Assistant Press Operator** to support our high-quality printing operations.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in setting up and operating printing presses.
* Place prepared cylinders into the press.
* Prepare cores, skids, cartons, and labels as required.
* Load rolls of film onto the press and remove completed rolls.
* Stage and monitor supplies to ensure continuous press operation.
* Monitor and maintain ink levels, ensuring proper color matching and consistency.
* Perform accurate measurements and maintain production data (weights, impression counts, etc.).
* Assist in job changes, including cleaning ink trays and presses.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
* Maneuver safely around, between, and under machinery.
* Lift up to 80 lbs as required.
**Qualifications:**
* Strong **mechanical aptitude** and troubleshooting ability.
* Ability to perform **precise measurements** and ensure accurate results.
* Keen eye for **color matching and detail**.
* Physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs.
* Dependable team player with strong communication skills.
* Willingness to work 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM), Monday through Saturday.
* Previous experience in printing operations is a plus, but not required.
