Job Title: Industrial Spray Painter/Finisher $20.00 1st shift Alliance
We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter/Finisher to join our team at our Alliance-based company. As a key member of our production team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and aesthetics of our industrial products. Will be working with lacquer based paint.
Responsibilities:
Spray Painting and Finishing: Utilize your extensive experience in industrial spray painting and finishing techniques to achieve high-quality and flawless surfaces on various products.
Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers as needed.
Material Handling: Handle and mix paint materials, ensuring accurate color matching and consistency.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean spray painting equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to create a secure and accident-free work environment.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter/Finisher with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Skills: Proficient in various spray painting techniques and finishing processes. Ability to use and maintain spray painting equipment.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to achieve high-quality finishes and meet product specifications.
Communication: Good communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and collaborate effectively with team members.
