### ⚙️ **Open Positions**
#### **🔩 MIG Welder – Steel & Aluminum**
We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused welders skilled in MIG and Flux Core welding on both steel and aluminum.
**Requirements:**
* 1–5 years of MIG welding experience.
* Ability to pass AWS D1.1 and non-destructive testing.
* Proficient in shop math, blueprint reading, and welding symbols.
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety/quality procedures.
* Experience with overhead or JIB cranes and forklifts preferred.
* Welding certifications a plus!
* Must complete an onsite weld test (bring gloves and hood).

#### **⚡ Aluminum TIG Welder**
We’re seeking skilled TIG welders who can deliver high-precision aluminum welds to spec.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in aluminum TIG welding.
* Ability to read blueprints, use calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges.
* Set up and operate welding machines based on procedures.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Crane and forklift experience preferred.
* Must complete an onsite weld test.
