### **What You’ll Do**
• Lead and support employees to maintain productivity, quality, and safety
• Communicate daily schedules, goals, and expectations to shift team
• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure seamless shift transitions
• Understand how to operate key production equipment (blenders, extruders, pulverizers)
• Track production performance and report outcomes/issues
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, quality improvements, and process enhancements
• Help with hiring, training, coaching, and accountability for team members
• Maintain compliance with safety and company policies
• Problem-solve operational or personnel challenges as they arise
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
