📍 **Now Hiring: Customer Service / Sales Representative (Full-Time) — Charleroi, PA**

Mancan Staffing is hiring a **Customer Service / Sales Representative** in **Charleroi, PA** for a company specializing in **fluid power, hydraulics, and motion control systems**.

🔧 **About the Role:**
While we call the position “Inside Sales,” it’s truly more of a **customer service** role. There is **no direct selling required**—the outside salesforce brings in the customers, and the inside team takes it from there. This role involves **daily interaction with customers**, handling **quotes, order entry**, and providing excellent support.

You’ll work with **Real Track**, our internal software for quoting, order entry, purchasing, and production reports. (Don’t worry—we’ll provide training for Real Track!) We also use **QuickBooks** for **invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable**.

Good **math skills** are important for applying **markups and discounts** accurately.

🔧 **Job Responsibilities:**
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide product information and support
- Assist with quoting and order entry; process customer transactions accurately
- Use **QuickBooks** for managing invoices and customer accounts
- Work with **Real Track** (training provided) to manage quotes, purchasing, and production data
- Maintain strong communication with internal departments and external clients
- Provide technical product knowledge (training will be provided)
- Support sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups

✅ **Ideal Candidate:**
- Excellent speaking and interpersonal communication skills
- Prior experience with **QuickBooks** is **required**
- Strong **order entry** and customer service background
- Good math skills for pricing, markups, and discounts
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in industrial or technical sales is a plus
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
