**Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Temp-to-Hire**
Mancan Staffing is seeking a **reliable and efficient Assembler** to join a growing team in Washington, PA. This hands-on role involves assembling parts and products using various tools and equipment. A strong focus on **quality, accuracy, and attention to detail** is essential.
**This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity on a steady daylight shift—Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.**
**Responsibilities:**
* Assemble parts, pieces, and products per blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions
* Conduct quality checks to ensure final products meet required specifications
* Identify defects and report or correct issues accordingly
* Adjust and repair components as needed to resolve assembly problems
* Perform preventative maintenance and notify supervisor of needed repairs
* Track inventory and maintain proper stock at workstations
* Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
* Follow all safety and quality standards and procedures
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
* Able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions
* Comfortable with hand and power tools
* Basic math skills for measurements and quality control
* Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift 30–50 lbs.
* Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
