Job Title: HR Generalist (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Duration: Temporary position through March
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented HR Generalist to provide coverage during a maternity leave. This role supports daily Human Resources and administrative functions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
•	Handle general HR administrative tasks and employee documentation
•	Maintain and update employee files and records with accuracy and confidentiality
•	Assist with onboarding, employee communications, and scheduling HR-related activities
•	Support payroll, benefits, and attendance tracking as needed
•	Ensure all HR tasks and reporting stay on schedule
•	Maintain confidentiality in handling all employee and company information
•	Provide additional administrative support to management as required
Requirements:
•	Previous experience in HR or administrative support role
•	Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•	Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
•	Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•	Excellent communication and time management skills
Pay: Based on experience  $29-$31/hr
