📅 *Schedule:* Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm
💲 *Pay:* Based on experience
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking **Machine Operator** to join a growing manufacturing team in Lisbon! This position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic and good attention to detail — no programming experience needed!
**Job Duties:**
🔹 Load and unload parts into CNC machining centers
🔹 Debur and clean finished parts using hand tools
🔹 Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
🔹 Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
🔹 Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions
**Requirements:**
✅ Must be dependable and on time
✅ Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs
✅ Experience in manufacturing or machine operation a plus, but not required
✅ Willingness to learn and take direction
