Join a reputable, growing manufacturing team where quality, precision, and safety come first! Salem Fabrication is seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to fill a 1st Shift & 2nd Shift Laser/Weld Robot/Press Brake Operator position.
⚙️ Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Operate laser cutting machines, weld robots, and press brakes according to engineering specifications and production schedules.
Perform first article inspections using blueprints and drawings.
Detect and report defective or questionable materials.
Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift.
Use overhead and JIB cranes safely and efficiently.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.
🧠 Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints.
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.
