Second shift 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Third shift 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
Pay: $20.35 while temporary. Once hired permament:
2nd shift $22.75
3rd shift $22.25
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Wooster, Ohio for second and thrid shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing machines, monitoring production processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting maintenance efforts. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Set up machines for production by installing tools and configuring parameters based on work orders.
- Monitor production progress and address any deviations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Operate machinery while following established procedures and process guidelines.
- Inspect finished parts, identify defects, and properly dispose of defective components.
- Assist with machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and downtime prevention.
- Adhere to all safety and production regulations, ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
### **Qualifications:**
#### **Required:**
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly in English.
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and good visual acuity.
- Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
#### **Preferred:**
- At least one (1) year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
