Hours- Monday through Thursday, but the time has changed: 8:00 – 1:00, or 9:00 – 2:00. The staff person could pick one of the times. (He/she could not keep changing times.)
Pay Rate- 23.00

We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help care for our 7-story, 100-unit apartment building and a nearby administrative building. If you enjoy variety in your work, solving problems, and making people’s day a little brighter—you’ll fit right in!
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
Helping keep both buildings in great shape, inside and out
Getting units move-in ready and assisting with vacancy prep
Repairing things in apartments, common areas, and building spaces
Knocking out preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
Putting your skills to work on a mix of projects—no two days look the same!
🔨 What You Bring to the Team
A high school diploma or equivalent
The ability to handle private information with total confidentiality
1+ years of maintenance or apartment repair experience (preferred, but not a deal-breaker!)
Know-how in drywall, painting, and carpentry
Basic electrical skills—outlets, switches, light fixtures
HVAC knowledge is a bonus!
Basic computer skills for simple work orders and communication
