Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $15–$17 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join the team with a company in Wooster. This full-time position involves general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of residential or commercial units. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple trades and a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver's license (to operate a company vehicle)
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Prior maintenance experience preferred
Duties Include:
• Painting and drywall repair
• Carpet and unit cleaning
• Basic plumbing and electrical work
• Carpentry and general repairs
• Performing routine maintenance tasks as assigned
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests
Skills Needed:
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform manual tasks
