Job Title: Maintenance Planner 1st shift Randolph OH
Summary:
The Maintenance Planner supports the Maintenance team by coordinating parts, planning preventive maintenance, and tracking maintenance activity. This role serves as the link between Maintenance Technicians and Purchasing to ensure jobs are properly planned and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate maintenance needs between technicians and purchasing.
Research and source obsolete or hard-to-find parts.
Create, schedule, and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
Track maintenance calls, work orders, and costs.
Identify maintenance trends and support administrative project needs.
Ensure maintenance teams have required materials before jobs begin.
Submit purchase requisitions (no PO writing or issuing).
Qualifications:
Strong computer and problem-solving skills.
Ability to research and verify parts online.
Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong team player.
